How to reach the meeting venue from the hotels

Villa Mondragone is an extensive park, including the historical building in which the meeting will takes place.

1) BY SHUTTLE

If you reserve a room in Hotel Villa Vecchia or Hotel Villa Tuscolana, the hotels organize a shuttle service to the meeting venue, free of charge. A further shuttle service from the centre of Frascati will be organized by us. Details and timetables will be published later.

2) WALKING

If you wish, you can reach the meeting place by a short and pleasant walk through the gardens of Villa Mondragone, populated by Mediterranean trees.

The Hotel Villa Vecchia is very close to the main entrance of Villa Mondragone. The distance to the meeting venue is about 1 km, and the walk is entirely in the gardens.

The Hotel Villa Tuscolana is close to a secondary gate. In this case the walk is also short and entirely in the gardens.

If you are in the centre of Frascati, take Via Giacomo Matteotti, then turn on the right into Via di Villa Borghese. Then go straight along Viale Felice Grossi-Gondi and Viale Ercole Consalvi, until you reach an entrance gate into Villa Mondragone. To reach the meeting place from this gate, you have to walk for about 1.5 kms through the gardens.

We recommend walking in daytime. Please, consider that in the evening the internal roads within the park of Villa Mondragone are not illuminated.

3) BY CAR

From the center of Frascati, follow the directions to Monte Porzio Catone. In the area of Monte Porzio Catone, the road leading to the center of the town is called “Via Frascati”. Enter the gate at no. 51 of Via Frascati, and follow the internal road. For more details, see http://www.villamondragone.it/how-to-reach-us?lang=en
